How Our Recruiters are Adapting During COVID-19.

As we continue to recruit talent and fill jobs daily, we here at R3 Integrated Staffing Solutions are adapting our recruiting and hiring processes, and adjusting how we effectively communicate with our candidates and employers during the coronavirus pandemic. 

Interviewing goes Virtual

Our interview process has gone VIRTUAL. We are utilizing different video tools to bring our candidates the same in-person experience through their mobile devices, computers or tablets. 

No device, no problem! Our team is flexible to initial phone interviews to get your registered for our current and future openings. 

Staying Flexible 

Our staff understands that you may have added some additional job titles to your resume like “Principal / Teacher/ Coach or Bus Driver” during the pandemic, so we know that your usual availability may not be the same. We’re committed to working with you to confirm a time and day that works best for your schedule. Communication is KEY

R3 Integrated Staffing Solutions understands the importance of keeping our candidates and clients up to speed as things are often changing daily. While our “normal” best practice is to meet with talent and clients in-person, we’ve adopted a more virtual touch and have added an increase to text messages, phone calls and video interviews to stay connected and engaged. 

Staff Training and Continued Education

Our team continues to actively participate weekly in online webinars and virtual meetings. These resources are allowing staff to brush up on their industry knowledge and skills while learning about advancements in sourcing for talent in the current market, adapting interviewing strategies, client and candidate engagement and leading talent/clients through the pandemic. 

We are still bringing on new clients

We are continuing to work with new and existing clients to fill their hiring needs and are adapting our current processes and rates to help companies with their recruitment needs during COVID-19.
